Already???

Day one, and I have already fallen off the wagon! Wait.. Did I even manage to get on the wagon??

As they say, tomorrow is another day. So, Here we go.... Again!

Here we go...

This is it. I have gorged myself on my favourite meal. The 'last supper'. After today, its time to get healthy!

A bit about me - I am a stay at home mum to 4 kids. After each pregnancy, I just didn't lose the 'baby weight'. So here we are. Baby weight x 4 = The heaviest weight of my life.
I have a lot of weight to lose, so this is going to be an uphill battle for the most part.

I decided to start a blog to keep me honest, and also so when I become the illustrious 'Yummy Mummy' I can look back and be proud of what I have accomplished! If I come across any good, healthy recipes, I will be posting them too. 

So here is the short term goal.. So we will say in the next 4 weeks I want to
  • Be actively participating in the C25K program.
  • Be drinking 2L of water a day
  • Be eating 2 pieces of fruit a day
  • I don't want to put kgs down.. Buuuuuuut.. I would like to have lost 5kgs in 4 weeks. Thats sensible, isn't it??
