A bit about me - I am a stay at home mum to 4 kids. After each pregnancy, I just didn't lose the 'baby weight'. So here we are. Baby weight x 4 = The heaviest weight of my life.
I have a lot of weight to lose, so this is going to be an uphill battle for the most part.
I decided to start a blog to keep me honest, and also so when I become the illustrious 'Yummy Mummy' I can look back and be proud of what I have accomplished! If I come across any good, healthy recipes, I will be posting them too.
So here is the short term goal.. So we will say in the next 4 weeks I want to
- Be actively participating in the C25K program.
- Be drinking 2L of water a day
- Be eating 2 pieces of fruit a day
- I don't want to put kgs down.. Buuuuuuut.. I would like to have lost 5kgs in 4 weeks. Thats sensible, isn't it??
